BOOKING POLICIES

Help us help you.

  • Please arrive on time for you appointment. After 15 minutes you will need to reschedule and you will be charged for the entire amount of your missed service. Please remember to allow yourself time to find parking.

  • Rebel Lash & Brow Studios LLC requires that all clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file. Please provide a 36 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. If you do not provide proper notice, you will be charged for the full amount of your service.

  • Make sure to arrive makeup free to your appointment! You may bring makeup with you to apply afterwards.

  • Pricing on fills are subject to change!! You must have at least 50% of your lashes left in order for your appointment to be considered a fill. If you come in with less than 50% of your lashes, and the appointment runs over its scheduled time there will be an up-charge. Please be advised that in the event that there is another appointment directly after you, we will not be able to take your appointment past the scheduled time which means your lashes may not be as full as you would like.

  • I do not do fills on other artist’s work if there is any clumping, twisting, excessive use of adhesive on lashes or ANY OTHER IMPROPER APPLICATION. If you currently have lashes from another artist please contact me for a consultation so we can book the correct appointment for you.

  • If you have any questions before booking. If you fail to read these policies, and for any reason are not able to receive your service, Rebel Lash & Brow Studios LLC will charge the credit card listed on file for your service booked. Please take a look at “contraindications” to see if you have any conditions that may prevent you from receiving a service.

These policies are set in place to keep things running smoothly, and to ensure that everyone is seen at their scheduled time. Your business is truly appreciated. Thank you for your cooperation!

Shipping Policy

How It Works

Rebel Lash & Brow processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. 

Track Your Order

Rebel Lash & Brow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please contact the carrier regarding tracking updates and lost packages. Rebel Lash & Brow is also not responsible to cover any additional shipping costs or to refund your shipping in the event you are unavailable to accept your package and it is returned. 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your items have shipped.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please email info@rebellashandbrow.com. Please have your order number and product available for any returns or defective products. We will do our best to either refund or exchange your order.
